Faith-rooted · Psychology-grounded coaching

Meeting you where you are.
Walking you toward where you're meant to be.

This is a coaching practice for capable people who feel stuck. Worn down, spread thin, or quietly setting the same goal every January. You don't need to be fixed. You need someone who believes in what you're capable of and will walk the road with you.

A no-charge 30-minute conversation. No pitch, nothing to buy.

Passion

A genuine love for people, rooted in faith and community.

Purpose

Helping people thrive, not merely get through the day.

Prosperity

Steady growth, built to last, for you and for the practice.

The people this is for

Surviving is not the same as thriving.

Somewhere near you, someone is getting through the day on fumes. The coworker who is good at their job and hasn't felt rested in months. The friend who means it every single time she says this is the year. The person two pews over who looks fine and isn't.

None of them are broken. Most are just without a plan, without a champion, and without anyone holding them to what they said they wanted.

That gap, the space after a hard season and before the change takes hold, is exactly where this practice does its work.

Coaching isn't therapy. It looks forward, from where you are to where you're meant to be, and it walks the distance with you.

Why this practice

A rare mix of training, character, and calling.

Coaching is a relationship business. People don't really choose a service, they choose a person. Here is who you'd be walking with.

A mind for people and plans

A master's in psychology and a degree in computer science sit behind this work. One is how I understand the way you think, feel, and change. The other is how I build you a plan that holds, and a way to see it working. You get both, which is rarer than it sounds.

Faith, and the trust it builds

Care grounded in values, hope, and an unshakable belief in the worth of every person. If you share it, you'll feel at home. If you don't, you'll still feel the integrity it produces.

A real love for people

No certificate teaches this part. The ability to truly see you, step into your story without judging it, and believe fiercely in who you could become. That, more than anything, is the whole practice.

How we walk together

Four phases. One climb.

Real change takes three things: honesty about where you are, a clear picture of where you're going, and a trusted partner for the road between. Here is the path.

1
Sessions 1–2

Start with the truth

An honest, complete picture of your life. The patterns, the sore spots, the relationships, the work, and what you actually long for. Goals come later. The foundation comes first.

2
Sessions 3–4

Name the destination

We build the vision in your own words. Not a tidy goal, a vivid picture of what thriving looks like for you. That picture becomes the reference point for everything after.

3
Ongoing

The work

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions that always move forward. Progress reviewed, wins named out loud, setbacks worked through honestly, and your ability to lead yourself slowly built.

4
Month 4 and beyond

Standing on your own

The honest goal is to work myself out of a job, to hand you the skills and the confidence to become your own best champion. Stay for years or graduate. Both are wins.

The method behind the walk

Change follows a path. I know it by heart.

For years I've led change inside organizations as a certified Prosci practitioner, guiding whole teams through hard transitions that actually stuck. The same five shifts move a single person forward too. I've taken what works at that scale and shaped it around you.

A
Awareness

Seeing it clearly

Why this change matters to you, and why now. Honest, and yours, not borrowed from anyone else.

D
Desire

Actually wanting it

The real want underneath the change, not just the should you've been carrying around.

K
Knowledge

Knowing the next step

What to actually do, in plain terms, one honest step at a time.

A
Ability

Doing it for real

Building the skill in practice, with support beside you, until it becomes yours.

R
Reinforcement

Making it stick

The habits, check-ins, and encouragement that keep you from sliding back.

Where the work goes deep

Four areas that tend to overlap.

These are the places research consistently links to the most lasting change. Most people arrive needing two or three of them at once.

01

Personal accountability

Setting goals and actually following through. Breaking the procrastination loop, rebuilding self-trust, and staying consistent long after the motivation fades.

02

Boundary setting

Learning to say no without the guilt. Protecting your time and energy, and setting healthy limits at home and at work with both confidence and grace.

03

Health & body

Getting off the diet rollercoaster. Building food and movement habits that stick, and finding a way to move that feels good instead of punishing.

04

Relationships & patterns

Spotting the relational patterns that keep repeating. Strengthening how you communicate, and healing the long habit of people-pleasing.

Included in every plan

A map, a way to measure, and a reason to celebrate.

The package you pick changes how often we meet. It never changes the care. These four come with all of them, because they are what actually move a person forward.

Your personal roadmap

We map the whole journey before we start walking it. Where you are, where you're headed, and the route between, written for your life and no one else's.

Progress you can see

Not a feeling, a measure. Clear markers for each goal, so at any point you can look back and know honestly how far you've come.

Wins, celebrated out loud

Every milestone gets named and honored, the small ones too. Progress that goes unnoticed tends to quietly stop. Yours won't go unnoticed.

Encouragement through the week

Real messages between sessions, written for you. A word that affirms, a nudge, a reminder of who you're becoming. A lot of the change happens right here.
